Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all information that the Limited Liability Company "Production Center for Stage Projects" (the "Operator") may obtain about the User while they use the website https://gastroli.by/ (the "Website").

This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" (the "Law").

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and to the terms of processing of their personal information specified in it. If the User disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

1.2. This Policy applies only to the Website https://gastroli.by. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites (including ticket sales operator websites) that the User may access via links available on the Website.

2. User Personal Information Processed by the Website

2.1. The Website does not collect or process personal data that the User knowingly provides about themselves (surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, payment details, etc.). The Website has no registration, subscription, or personal data entry forms.

5.1. In accordance with the Law, the personal data subject (User) has the right to:

• receive information related to processing of their personal data;
• make changes to their personal data;
• receive information about transfer of personal data to third parties;
• demand termination of personal data processing and/or deletion of personal data;
• withdraw consent to personal data processing;
• appeal actions (inaction) and decisions of the Operator related to personal data processing.

5.2. Since the Website does not collect data that identifies the User, exercising these rights may be difficult. The User may manage cookie files through browser settings.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Operator may amend this Privacy Policy without special notice to the User. A new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
